By accessing or using our vehicle providence reporting services, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree to these Terms, you must not use our services.

We provide comprehensive vehicle providence reports by aggregating data from multiple authorized sources including Experian, DVLA, and other industry databases to provide vehicle history, valuation, and status information.

2.2 Service Availability

We strive to maintain service availability but do not guarantee uninterrupted access. Services may be temporarily unavailable due to maintenance, updates, or circumstances beyond our control.

3. User Obligations

You agree to:

  • Provide accurate and complete information when creating your account
  • Use our services only for lawful purposes
  • Not attempt to circumvent security measures or access restrictions
  • Not use automated tools to scrape or extract data from our platform
  • Respect intellectual property rights
  • Comply with all applicable laws and regulations

4. Prohibited Uses

You must not use our services to:

  • Engage in fraudulent or illegal activities
  • Violate any person's privacy or data protection rights
  • Attempt to gain unauthorized access to systems or data
  • Distribute malware or engage in harmful activities
  • Resell or redistribute our reports without authorization

5. Payment and Billing

Current pricing is available on our website and may be subject to change. All prices are in British Pounds (GBP) and include applicable taxes.

5.2 Payment Processing

Payments are processed securely through third-party payment providers. You must provide valid payment information and authorize the charges.

5.3 Refunds

Refunds may be available in accordance with UK consumer protection laws. Please contact support@autoprov.ai for refund requests within 14 days of purchase.

Our reports compile data from multiple third-party sources. While we use reputable providers, we cannot guarantee the accuracy or completeness of all information provided.

6.2 Limitations

  • Data may not reflect the most recent information
  • Some historical data may be incomplete or unavailable
  • Reports should be used as guidance, not as definitive proof
  • Physical inspection of vehicles is always recommended

7. Warranties and Disclaimers

7.1 Service Warranty

We provide our services "as is" and make no warranties regarding availability, accuracy, or fitness for any particular purpose, except where required by law.

7.2 Experian Indemnity

Where applicable, certain service tiers include Experian indemnity coverage. This coverage is subject to Experian's terms and conditions and applies only to specific data elements within the report. For more information, please see the Experian Coverage Limits page.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, our liability is limited to the amount paid for the specific service giving rise to the claim. We shall not be liable for indirect, consequential, or incidental damages.

Nothing in these terms excludes or limits our liability for death, personal injury, fraud, or other matters where liability cannot be excluded under UK law.

9. Intellectual Property

All content, software, and materials on our platform are protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws. You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works without our written permission.

Reports generated through our service are licensed to you for personal or business use in connection with the specific vehicle referenced in the report.

10. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your access to our services at any time if you violate these Terms or engage in prohibited activities. You may terminate your account at any time by contacting support.

Upon termination, your right to use our services ceases immediately, though certain provisions of these Terms will survive termination.

11. Governing Law and Jurisdiction

These Terms are governed by English law. Any disputes will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the English courts, except where you are a consumer and have stronger rights under consumer protection legislation.

12. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Significant changes will be communicated via email or website notice. Continued use of our services after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.

13. Consumer Rights
